REGISTRATION FORMS
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]When your child enter St. Frances of Rome Catholic Preschool, health and enrollment forms need to be completed. FUNDRAISING
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Fundraising for events will take place throughout the year to raise money for outside equipment, guest speakers, field trips, etc. All families are encouraged to participate to help make these fundraisers successful.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1427772356378{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”]
PRESCHOOL RATES
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]*An annual registration fee of $90.00 for one child or $120.00 per family will be charged upon registration or re-registration. A security deposit of $100.00 is due when the child starts and is used towards the last month a child attends.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1427772401251{margin-bottom: 15px !important;}”]

  • 5 Half Days – $402.00
  • 4 Half Days – $330.00
  • 3 Half Days – $285.00
  • 2 Half Days – $210.00

ATTENDANCE AND DEPARTURE
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Each day your child must be sign in and out (no initials) in the Sign In/out Book located in the classroom. Written approval by the parent or guardian is required to permit your child to leave the center with someone who is not on the emergency information.
